越南象腿女孩 想圓單車夢

14歲越南女孩阮氏巒，因罹患多發性畸型淋巴血管瘤，造成左下肢腫大如象腿，3年前來台治療雖明顯改善，仍有部分殘餘組織復發，在台商宏福實業捐款協助下，讓她再次抵台接受最終治療；中國附醫1日代表病患及家屬感謝宏福，阮爸爸說，女兒最希望康復後一圓騎腳踏車的夢想。

阮爸爸指出，女兒天生畸型，出生以來肛門不斷出血，因象腿巨大負擔，迄今仍無法走路，2012年底在國際醫療組織協助下，來台接受治療，生命出現轉機，這次來台，盼能徹底終結左腿的畸型，邁步走路，女兒最想和同輩一樣可以騎腳踏車上學。

中國醫大附設醫院國際醫療中心院長陳宏基說，阮小妹罹患多發性畸型淋巴血管瘤，漫佈的血管瘤讓她腸、會陰、左腰部、左下肢都嚴重腫大、變形，還會滲血、流組織液、散發惡息，3年前她初次來台治療時，體重25公斤，光左巨腿就15公斤，經4次手術，完成腸部、會陰部變形組織切除和重建，並切除左下肢變形組織，肛門不再出血。

唯她回到越南後出現術後感染，加上左腰、左下肢仍有殘留的淋巴血管瘤未清除，經3年後病情惡化，幸在越南深耕的宏福實業集團獨家捐助250萬元醫藥費，讓阮小妹得以再來台進行醫療之旅，盼能終結象腿、邁步走路。

接下來為期半年的療程，以陳宏基院長為首的醫療團隊，將切除阮氏巒左腿廣泛病變的部位並予以重建，同時協助阮氏巒積極復健至可行走自如的狀態。
